So the flow analysis simulation of injection molding is a thing to reproduce the flow behavior in real molding processing with a computer faithfully, but a problem that analysis result doesn't agree with a real molding may happen not a little. This cause is the influence that using an approximation and charges for the difficult measurement, managing an impossible thing over performance of computer, because treating polymer that analysis of behavior is difficult to understand.
Actually, when using simulation, the important thing is information of agreement and disagreement, so we need to compare with real moldings and simulation output, and tie it with fixed quantity. So we used dynamic-characteristic-analysis and statical-characteristic-analysis of quality engineering, and showed degree of effect of factor concerned, and reliability of simulation by comparison.
